How we can know our file is in IP2 stage ? My medical is passed on 10th October

That means your file is transferred from Sydney to local Visa Office in your home country. May be background check and criminality will be done by the local office.

From the previous messages, I think many of them are reached till MR/MP after that no changes. May be DM will be done together or batch wise

My AOR was in June and got MR on September 19

Today I got a ghost update in GCKey that my medical is passed in today's date Medical done on Oct 7 However, today only I got notification that my medical is received in ECAS
