Thank you for your responses. I know my situation is unique and I can’t let my wife stay back in India till her PR gets approved. Another option that I was thinking of is applying for her MS in Canada and completely shifting there leaving US for Citizenship. What’s your take on this aspect...
Thank you for your response. So, your suggestion would be to get her TRV, move to Canada together and then apply for her PR? Are TRV’s approved for spouses?
I have already completed 8 months residency in Canada from March 2021 to Nov 2021. I still have 16 months to complete by July - 2024. I do not want to cut it close, hence was looking for suggestions if I can travel daily by staying close to the border and staying only for couple of hours.

Can you please let me know when did you apply for Nexus and how much time it took for you to get the conditional approval. I submitted my Nexus application today.
Can you please let me know, what are all the companies that are actually allowing remote to work from Canada with US pay. I tried looking it up online but couldn't find a reliable source.
Thanks,
Rohit
Hey, I successfully used AVR for my PR Landing. If you are in the same situation, I would suggest not to worry much and plan your trip immediately before the landing date is due.

Thanks Hari.
I thought we both can travel in different cars but be in touch. Since, he might have something planned there while I have something else. Just the entry and exit points, I was thinking we could be in touch.
