You have to upload the sheet and input the UMI number. The office will directly provide the report to IRCC.

I think @abhi.chat 's application reached them on May 1st, so not sure if you were thinking about his timeline.

Because, Seattle doesn’t have an embassy in WA. Also, the website says that SFO Embassy accepts applications for PCC from WA state.
