They'll ask pretty straight forward questions.. ask sponsor if they still want to sponsor, ask you if you have ever committed a crime, make sure you will abide the law, ask when was your last entry into canada. Then stamp your passport and landing letter and thats it.. obviously questions vary...

I have read that usually a file transfer could mean you will require an interview.. It could also be that they need more evidence of the relationship. Obviously these are just guesses and wont be confirmed until they contact you.

They do not update if you passed your medicals on ecas only on your gckey

Usually a return ticket is more than sufficient evidence to prove you will return. I wouldnt offer any other info unless asked. If you had a dismissed charged i wouldnt bring that up either unless you were asked. As long as your charge wasn't a DUI or sexual charge you should be just fine.

With this information I would assume they were processing your background check now. I do suggest linking your file to your GCkey account as this gives more detailed information and cic is able to correspond with you through messages.

Have you checked your gckey? They do not update ecas for passing medicals.
