Congratulations to all who received PPRs!!! Why is PR processing time slow down this year?? Last year, we should be hearing news after 3-3.5 months. CIC has already decreased ITA numbers by half, why are they not processing our applications any faster??

I would say your friend can just try out his luck. He has nothing to lose here. He has maximized his experience anyways. Some people got PR with that chance, some doesn't; it all depends on the VO who processes the case. On the website it is only mentioned applicant has to finish 12 months...

Anyone got any progress? My application has been a complete silence for a month and a half now, after BG check not needed. Waiting is not so pleasant and I am stressed everyday >:( >:( >:(

Can everyone chill out a bit and do some research? I have done thorough research regarding the passport submission. For OINP you have to include every single page, even blank ones For PR/EE you only need the bio pages and stamps pages.. Hope this helps :D

I would suggest you to use paystubs as proofs. As long as your reference letter form your employer is legit, you should be fine. T4 and NOA are not needed

Snake3276120, I recommend you to wait and see how they will reply to your application in your case, refused or rejected due to incompleteness. I, myself last year applied for BOWP as well to buy some time without AOR or anything. I was on implied status for 3 months and of course my application...

We will actually know when someone actually tries to apply without AOR... AOR has always been on the list since the beginning but the incomplete application and rejection results were just out this year.

Anyone got any news? My background has been not needed at this time after schedule A submitted. Its been 2 months for my application.. I am so worried. Last year CEC took only 3.5 months on average. I am hoping a bit faster for CEC outland.

You can go check on OIPN supporting document on their website. They have very strict requirements for passports, like must be valid for 2 years blah blah. But for EE, when you click on the passport upload section (the question mark to be exact) it's only said bio page with date of birth...
