My friend is few weeks short of 104 weeks Canadian experience which is technically not considered as 2 years of work experience. Now the problem is the system gives him points for 2 years. My question if he gets an ITA and when an officer anaylse his case and he finds that he is shy by few weeks officer may reject his case or lower his points.
His current points are 469 with 2 years experience and if officer consider his experience as 1 year then he may lose 15 points in that case his score becomes 454. Now let's say if the threshold tends to be 455 then he will get an ITA and if officer will take his experience as one year he will be kicked out from that pool. So in that case what he can do. Because every time he will make his profile with his current experience he would end up with 469 points because that's how system is working. It is only taking months and not considering weeks. So that means until threshold doesn't drop to 454 he can't get an ITA.
So what should he do
