The hkpcc is going to take 2 months to get to Canada I imagine. Hkpost has suspended airmail due to the pandemic. Please keep me up to date once the hkpcc has been reflected on your EE profile. Good luck

When I submitted the application receipt, I also enclosed an LOE explaining to them that it could be a 3-month wait until the certificate gets to them. I am sure they will understand that international delivery is messed up big time. How did you approach your submission? Did you raise a webform?
