You don't need any deed for such small amount. As I understand, we need to provide the deed to explain a source of fund that may otherwise seem suspicious. I am not sure whether there is any cut-off for "suspiciousness", but surely 300 CAD is well below that point.

Before the draw. If you have LMIA, state that in your EE profile and it will add 600 points to your CRS. Then on the following draw, you'll get ITA.

Usually eligible profiles receive the PT notification within 1-6 days. That's not to say no PT is issued after 6 days of profile creation. However if you have not received PT yet, better to recreate your profile again.

Are you single? If married, you'd need to declare more fund. 15,143 or more to be exact. If single, your fund is alright and you'd need to check other areas in application for probable mistakes.

Retake IELTS to get atleast CLB 9 in all four. Use the CIC CRS tool to calculate your point. If it goes above 400, you may get Ontario PT which if leads to nomination, will get you an ITA.

I held three different position in my current company. First position was one NOC and the later two positions are of same NOC, but change of department and position. I am planning to prepare three different LoR for three positions and accompany them with the transfer letters. Will that be ok?
