Help me to get an idea whether i can get ITA...

I Have a positive LMIA with 422 score, i want to know which stage they are adding 600 points of the LMIA ( after the drew or before the drew), also how soon i can get ITA.

Before the draw. If you have LMIA, state that in your EE profile and it will add 600 points to your CRS. Then on the following draw, you'll get ITA.
