On top of the first page of the notes you will see "Requested date". The state of your notes are from that date. There might have been changes after that date.

Hi eagle, I sent a case specific enquiry to beirut VO and they said they are still waiting for security verifications to be done. On our notes everything appears to be passed and the security portions appeared blank with s.15 on june 24. Do you know how long background check/security takes? p.s...

We had the same thing on our last notes and its been 2 months we still didnt hear anything from the visa office...

Sending a case specific enquiry will only delay the process. There are still a couple of september applicants waiting for PPR.

I would suggest that you be specific. Some foods are not allowed to enter the country so by being specific you will save yourself the trouble of customs.
