This is what im thinking as well.. if NDVO accepts only DD as RPRF payment then first link is sufficient to explain about fee amount and method of payment. no need for second link.. they have mentioned second link only if they accept online payment as well..

This NDVO fee payment link covers other countries as well like nepal, bhutan etc..So this is a general link, however NDVO MR email is country specific, and indian applicant can pay fee through online as well.. Can someone form SGVO, nepal share their MR email?

I just saw second line updated on my ecas: WE started processing your application on 7 Oct, 2014. Surprisingly, I got my medicals on 8 Oct.. It took them just one day to process my application.. :P :P Love you NDVO!! :-* :-*

Hi Guys, I got Medicals+RPRF request from NDVO ON 8/10. I received email at 8.22 am in the morning!! NDVO starts their day quite early!! my ecas is still same; only showing first line.. Gud luck to all those waiting for MR and PER!! Thanks
