For how long is the VISA valid? Does it have anything to do with the expiry of the medical? Are you exempted from traveling to Canada now? Which country did you apply from? which stream?

I received the same email this week, which I had last received in June. So same situation as you. I did not order any GCMS notes though. AOR Nov 9th 2019.

Update: I cleared cache again and tried now in google chrome and was able to log in and access my account. Guess it's fixed.
