I usually ask my friend in Canada to call them and then conference me in. Never called from India directly.

I logged in now and it works fine for me. Am also OINP just FYI. Try clearing cache or using a different browser and try https:// instead of normal. And even then if ur not able to, just wait for some days. Anyway if you have any updates you will receive an email for that.

I sent it around the last week of March 2021. My profile was updated somewhere around May.

They usually auto-extend it by another 6 months when it expires for the first time. But since yours expired in March even the 6-month extension would have expired. Not sure if IRCC extends it twice. I took an upfront medical, now it's valid till May 2022 and was updated on my profile a month...

As you just said, whatever we say is just speculation and cant be backed up by facts. The fact that some guy with Oct 2019 AOR got COPR definitely gives hope, but again it could be specific to his case. Lifting the direct flight ban should have an impact on processing outland applications...

I am not completely sure. But definitely not more than 2 months. I had called IRCC in between and they confirmed that they received my new medical reports. It got updated in my profile a few weeks after that.
