I did not receive a medical request, but I anyway went and did an upfront medical when my medicals expired. The new dates got updated in my profile a few months later.

Did you do it through IRCC or CBSA? IRCC takes way longer. CBSA I have heard is still doing it within 30 days for most cases.

Did anyone raise a GCMS request lately? Any idea how long is it taking nowadays? I raised two, one for CBSA and one for IRCC.
