From what I've seen other posters say on the forum, you should get the standard SA/AOR, depends on Mississauga. You should get the CSQ request sometime during stage 2 I think I saw a post where rhcohen2014 mentioned their CSQ.

I sent my application within Canada, I was quoted for $22+ tax for the Express Saver service, and it ended up being $33 after tax and optional services (Signature + Insurance)

Some people have had bad experiences with Canada Post. I sent my application via Express Saver with UPS and was guaranteed next day delivery and was in fact cheaper than the price Canada Post quoted for 2-3 day guarantee.
