How sure are you that self employed person qualifies? On CIC website, they define self employed as farmers. Other than that, u need a previous experience with a T4 pay slip.

i would love to help you out. but most of us here are only familiar with applications before 2015. look up information on CIC website or call the agents, they r usually good at these things. or just look for a thread that's for the category that you applied for.

When did u apply? Under which program/category? That's the address. But they will get lost if u send them without a recipient (an officer). They always state where to send it. U need to give more details to avoid doing any mistakes.
