I think RQ is random. I know people that spend more time on vacation( more than 3months) and they didn't receive RQ. At least, you know what next.

Include your education from back home(Transcript, certificate, degrees, high school - must be in English or you translate). If I were you, I will include my job letter (show start date and pay stubs). They just want to know if you have basic knowledge of English and if you're in Canada since...
