My file was transfered on Dec 10, 2013 to St.Claire instead of Mississauga.

My file was transfer to St. Claire and I live in Brampton. I am hoping it is not RQ procedure. Anyone without RQ from St. Claire.

Most of the time, CIC issued RQ without any reason. I will advise you to submit as many documents as possible to prove you're indeed in Canada. I believe OSAP, rent, health, credit card, bank, and any other documents will give them better view of your case. I wish you luck.

The second In-process on my ecas has been removed. I don't know what it mean. Anyone noticed the changes?

You can apply for rehabilitation. I am appealing my husband decision if not approve, i will send rehabilitation application

Yes, you need valid PR for citizenship and 2 valid pictures ID e.g Driver licence, health Card etc

I think we May applicants should start expecting test date from December 2013. This is based on my calculations: 3months - Acknowledgment(May - July) 6-7months -Test Date

I don't think the application is considered non-routine. Initially, I submitted my application Feb 2013 excluding passpart biography. The CIC returned back the application and resubmitted in April but considered recieved in May 2013.
