I try to use CRS tools to calculate my 2 years Canadian experiences with IELTS band 9 and 2 degrees, it just give me maximum of 50 points in Skill Transferability section.

So that means if I have 1 year international experience and 1 year Canadian experience with IELTS band 9 and 2 degrees, I will score more 50 points than 2 year Canadian experiences. I just don't understand why CIC treats it differently. Is that fair?

Hi all, I had WES positive report for my Bachelors degree issued on Jan 7, 2013. However, CIC requires the ECA dated after April 17, 2013 and is valid for 5 years. Do you know that WES will reissue my ECA for the date after April 17, 2013 if I made a request? Please help, thanks.
