Hi all,

I had worked for 2 different employers in Canada for 1.5 years. I have all the payslips and T4 (also recent NOA) but I don't have any employment contract. Is it still acceptable for supporting documents for employment?

Thanks,

Contract is one of the documents.

Can you provide roles and responsibilities letter?

Offer letters? Contract Termination letters?

Also - please remember that if you are not claiming points for this particular experience, evidence is not required.

Hi Andy,

I have the reference letter from my employer and all paystub. Can I submit that without employment contract?

You should be fine with just the letter if they have all the info on them. That's all I submitted for the 2 Canadian companies I worked for. I didn't even submit the T4s or paystubs, just the letter stating my NOC, benefits, job description, hours, and pay. The only job I was askd to submit an employment contract was for my permanent job offer which was giving me the extra 600 points.
If you are concerned, include the T4s and paystubs, and a letter of explaination. It won't hurt to include them and it's always better to be safe than sorry.
