If the co-op or internship appears in your transcript as part of your academic program - then you are considered to be in full-time enrolment during the course of the co-op/internship, afaik.

If 470 is the new 450, then OINP might as well bump up the minimum EE score for eligibility. There's just too many people between 400 and 470 (though, bulk of them still in the 400-450 range).

Anything you like - they'll figure out. Just make sure the subject line has Application # in it.

Don't worry about connecting them. Simply Scan and email the e-medical info sheet - you received from the clinic - to CPC (CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic . gc . ca ) along with your UCI and Application #.

Between sending out the Xpresspost mail to getting the passport back in your mailbox ---- it takes 14 - 21 days. In most cases (recent ones), it's taking 15 days. So if you sent it out today, you will most likely find the stamped passport in your mailbox on April 31, but no guarantees...
