I think you should courier original PCC and other requested documents to your VO as explained in their email.

What is the best way to contact NDVO? I sent a CSE but it says they may take upto 28 days to respond. Can we send NDVO an email? then what is the address? Thanks in advance.

Re: MR ,RPRF, PCC request received Hello dear, This is the hard copy, with your picture on it, covering what exams you have given and with Dr's signature, date & stamp. This is supposed to be sent by you to VO with RPRF receipt and other docs like PCC's if you were requested. Hope this answers.
