May be Credit Card is a better option. Just need to stick with the address and other details. Make sure the CC doesnt expire in next few months.

Thank you friend, will do that. But for the Question 1 it may be difficult to squeeze in the entire address manually, will try yo write smaller that size 10. I don't know why some addresses are so lengthy. Any other suggestion?
