Hi there, I applied for gcms notes on October 4th 2016 and I received confirmation email from 'access to privacy act" that same day.. now I am wondering when should I expect to receive the gcms notes via email as I selected email option. thanks

definitely (jan feb march april) 2016 are the luckiest applicants. They got approved in 4.5 months or less. Again not all jan feb march april got dm and ppr. I wish they get dm and ppr soon. for may 2016 applicants it's already 5 months passed and not even started.

hi steaky what do you mean by she can add to yours? for example if my wife lands in alberta and i move from toronto to alberta can she add me into her and we both will be issued separate cards.

As per the forum I don't think any may applicants from NDVO received any ppr or background check in process. Yes this is a real pain in the ass.

ndvo officers sleeping, laying eggs or what? these crazy idiotic immigration rules and officers suck big time...

I don't get it? why visitors, student visas are given such high priority and processed in less than 1 month? visiting a country for leisure, fun, vacation is a high priority? why family sponsorship, pr's visa etc are given less priority? why they neglect such an important family relationship...

june 13 applicant here,, same here as well, after aor2 no new updates from NDVO so frustrating immigration system..

They suck big time not only CANADA. BUT U.S AUSTRALIA IS THE SAME WITH FAMILY SPONSORSHIP. there's a friend of mine and waiting for her greencard since 2 years... this whole system is so fukkkkkked up

If a 20 days vacation is ok then a 5 month vacation is ok too its just a matter of long and short after all in both cases the sponsor left canada.

Person must reside in Canada which means you can stay in canada for 6-7 months, , pay taxes have your credit card charged for expenses, do things a canadian resident will do and still you can travel outside canada for 3-5 months. 3-5 months during a pr sponsorship wont be a problem at all. At...

I checked today and it shows in process. No new update.

UPDATE:- just checked mycic and it says.. background check in process.. june 13 applicant.. from Nepal and visa office is new delhi. total processing time is 12 months on the website for nepalese citizens processed at ndvo.

have they started any may applicants yet? any idea about it? it looks like they are sticking with march and april since last 2 months and it's ironic many march and april applicants haven't received dm and ppr yet.
