News and update.. I was the lucky one to receive fastest SA from all June applicants. Anyways here is another news. My friend who also sent the application on June 9 was received by CIC on June 14 and he just received SA by email today... So, the thing is June 12, 13, 14 are also getting SA...

that's only about 80% cases. And the rest 20% cases which are straight and which IRCC assumes to be real relationship takes no more than 3-5 months for decision made. That's why many people's receive passport request within 3-5 months.

yes it's correct. we can view ecas after 1-2 days of aor1. I can now view the status by putting application number and principal applicant details.
