I just wanted to get a visitor visa, and this was my fault though.......I know the reason is stupid, but I made a silly mistake. I forgot to send copies of all the stamps (in and out) on my passport and didn't even realize that until I got the rejection letter from them.

I am on the same boat. I can' t comment on your case, but we are the ones that are not so lucky. As long as I get my PR, that is all that matters, yet at the same time, it is a bit frustrating.
