Apologies for being in hibernation for a while. :( After a long wait, I received Biodata and RPRF request yesterday afternoon on Jun 17, 2013 :) and immediately responded with the filled up form and receipt number for RPRF. Today I received medical request for me and my wife. :D :D

I had requested for GCMS in the month of May which indicated that I was eligible based on my documentations, while the RCMP for my spouse was re-initiated due to some system error during the summer of 2012. :o :( >:( :'(

I have booked an appointment on Jun 20,2013 for our e-medicals. I would keep you all updated about the progress. :)

My timeline:
Application Received: Aug 7, 2012
AOR Received: Aug 30, 2012
RPRF/Biodata Request: Jun 17, 2013
Medical Request: Jun 18, 2012

gudluck bro ... u getting close man

Today I finally received my Medical Request, RPRF fee request and biodata request. I also received a request to have an RCMP fingerprint check done for my spouse.

My timelines:
Received: Aug 13, 2012
AOR: Sept 5, 2012
Medical Request, RPRF and biodata: June 18, 2013.

Good luck to other applicants that are still waiting to get a response. ;)

Guys,

Unfortunately, I have to return back to my home country India as my contract is getting over on 21 June and flying on the same date (in WP currently), can anyone please suggest what is best for me as I am expecting my ME by next Friday as few of Aug applicants received medical request this week

1) Should I have to change my address to India
2) Should I provide my friend's address in Canada who had already in PR
3) If medical request came then how to I will manage to inform CIC to do medical in India

Seniors pls help

My time line:
App filed: 20 Aug 2012
AOR: 11 Sept 2012
ME: Awaiting

Regards,
Amar

You will need an address to receive the passport if you are found eligible. Use a representative form and fill in new address details.
2) Should I provide my friend's address in Canada who had already in PR
See above.
3) If medical request came then how to I will manage to inform CIC to do medical in India
You don't need to inform CIC for medicals. Medicals can be done from anywhere. Medical results will be send directly to CIC.

Seniors pls help

Hi,

I think you sent to the wrong id. Try this OttPilot-immigration <OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca>

I hope you got your AOR, File Number etc.,

They are pretty fast, usually i get a response in a week. Mostly they respond on tuesdays.

Thanks kevin220, hopeinshahallah for your reply.

Good news is I have received my Open bridging work permit but don't want to take any risk losing my job back home.

as per kevin220, I don't have to inform to change address and do the medical test in india and doctor will send report to CIC Ottawa ?

After medical can i change address to my indian address ?

Please help me on this as i have only two days to stay here in Canada

Thanks

You have to Update CIC with your address, Indian Address or Representative Address(In Canada)

You can change any time and do medicals anywhere, changing of address will not effect on your process

Bud i have just received my GCMS notes today as well and i have this same VO appearently RC6262... in FOSS notes he went in great detail. Checked every single thing... My experience, university credential.. i mean what ever you can think of... and then at the end it says that my spouse criminality is under review and that he recommends eligibity as passed and then in the eligibility it says passed.

but seems like there are multiple guys handling the application... JS / RC6262 / PO there are bunch of them on my application.

I would suggest to get professional help as fast as you can
so before the original VO did your recommending to RC 6262, your eligibility was under review as per original VO?. I have applied through a immigration consultant. So what he checked in your eligibility.
