Just checked my ecas 1hr before, says Application Recieved. Checked my ecas after 1 hr, and OMG it says INPROCESS since Nov 09/2013. Hoping for DM soon. Looks like NDVO has started to pick up speed. Good luck every one.

No they didn't request pp back for travelling. Her case was straight forward. It's hard to believe they could do such a thing.

Yes you are right but I think the reason they sent her pp back was that if she wants to travel any where else besides Canada. I'm worried as well cause I applied in April anyways I don't trust these guys.

Yes. She applied for PR, sent her pp a month after march, received PP today with a letter about strike and reapply next year.

Hi, jus want to Share this with you guys. My wife's friend received her PP today with a letter stating that she won't get a Visa because of Strike please try applying next year. Wifes friend applied in March. Im on the same boat as you guys hopefully every thing works out for us. Thanks.

Hi, yes my wife received similar email. I didn't include any cover letter but I did print out the PDF and attach the following papers (Landing Fee & PCC) just to be on safe side. PP was mailed on June 17. Thanks.
