Should I apply for a Canadian PCC now?

Eastern China, don't wanna disclose too much publicly here. Yup that's correct, as I mentioned above, they assess your PR application based on different stages, the first stage is done by assist agents which includes stuff like check medical results, check document completeness, check online...

Should I apply for a Canadian PCC now?

Yes, it should be whatever date it is that you left China boarder and came to Canada, then never went back again. It does count, as Chinese to Chinese, my 1st application was rejected because I went bk to China for 4 weeks vacation, didn't have that covered up entirely. So it's exactly the same...

Should I apply for a Canadian PCC now?

In my opinion you need to get a new one, simply because of a single argument: your Chinese PCC did not cover up to the last day of your residence in China, even if it's just 8 days. During the 1st stage of PR assessment, they will check your PCC covered date against your travel/personal/address...

AOR in March 2016 >>>>> Good Luck ALL

You know, technically speaking, since CIC's website is written very poorly, it is totally possible to achieve what you want by hacking the form of your employment detail page and modify any text space you'd like to change and still be able to submit if you had experience in web programming (and...

Same here, it's been like this since the past Saturday if I remembered correctly. Don't worry it's not just you seeing it.

    Reasons for Rejection

Easy, it takes them about almost 4 weeks to process the account payable and the refund based on past experiences, and if you made the payment with credit card, it will directly refund to it so keep an eye on your credit card statement.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but all 3 are outlanders right? Usually cases in outland VO get process faster than inland VO due to the amount of application received plus all the other regular matters. There's a member who got his PPR in just 12 days after submission.

I think that means they started the R10 review, should not be the other way around. R10 mostly takes about 1 to 2 months to complete based on what I read from this forum.

    Reasons for Rejection

Just a quick question, for Canadian work experiences that used to claim points building EE profile, will I get into trouble if I forgot to upload my notice of assessments from CRA within my employment record document? I only uploaded my employment letter, all pay stubs, original offer from...

AOR in March 2016 >>>>> Good Luck ALL

I could be wrong, but seems like the moment your background changed from not needed to not started for the first time is when they begin the completeness check which is R10. And when the status changes to in progress, it usually means the R10 check is passed and they begin the eligibility check...

    Pcc from back home

It is correct, as long as the total time of residence period is 6 months or more after your 18th birthday in that country, you need to get PCC that covers all the way up to your last residence in it. PCC is one of the first thing they check once R10 begins, and it is also one of the most common...

    Reasons for Rejection

It does require lots of patience, and not at all, u just deactivate the job bank profile with the old EE profile and follow the instruction to re-activate it again when u created the new EE profile.

    Reasons for Rejection

Yea you gotta give them the following as attachments: 1: Your old EE profile acknowledgement letter including profile number and job seeker code 2: Your Nomination certificate showing an expire date in the future 3: Your new EE profile acknowledgement letter including new profile number and job...

    Reasons for Rejection

Hey buddy, sorry to hear about your refusal, I've been in similar situation before and I know how upset and desperate this can be to get rejected by tiny little things. As far as I know, you can't "transfer" profile data from one to another because once ur PR app is refused, your old profile...

Two diplomas (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)

I have 2 similar questions, if I completed a 3 year diploma, post-secondary program in a Canadian college with in 2 full years including 6 semesters. (not taking any break in summer, winter etc), does it count as a Bachelor degree or equivalence of 3 year program in college? And then if I...

    Reasons for Rejection

I think we're getting something over here. And I agree with you that in most of the cases, travel history shouldn't be included under address history, which should be covered by your PCC time bound.
