No need to panic or upset, 502 http error is usually caused by communication problems between web servers which one server is unable to process the response from another server thus cannot process the request you send. Give them sometime to fix this issue, it will be done shortly I'm sure.

I think the current speed for getting GCMS notes is around 4 to 5 weeks, I ordered mine on May 12th as well and I'm patiently waiting for that now.

Usually all the agent notes are located at few very bottom pages of your notes, and you can tell the progress of your case by reading them. They are by desc order.

Do you remember what your BG status was before changing into in progress? This change is usually a good sign, your files are being moved and reviewed.

I'm sorry to hear your rejection, it's really upset and desperate, trust me I know it. One question here, did you merge all the police certificate into one PDF file and then upload, or did you uploaded them one by one? You're supposed to put everything into one single file and then upload it up.
