I has happened to me many times before. It usually last for a day or half a day and then fixes itself the next day. Nothing to worry about

No need to panic or upset, 502 http error is usually caused by communication problems between web servers which one server is unable to process the response from another server thus cannot process the request you send. Give them sometime to fix this issue, it will be done shortly I'm sure.

Under Canada's Access to Information Act you can ask for GCMS notes. These notes are summary of the Visa officer's remarks while working on your file. This gives you a clear idea of your application status.

25 months! what took so long. What happened with your Pre-EE applications?

I am counting from the time I first started to obtain documents in April 2014. My 2014 application had been deemed incomplete and returned when it was already 2015 so I couldn't re-apply with the same. It costed me quite a bit of time and effort. Then I entered the EE pool waiting and waiting until the OINP Letter of Interest on June 11, 2015 so on and so forth

Not a single applicant, but both fields are in my name. Do I pay separately for each accompanying family member?
