Inconsistent NOC duty comments in GCMS Notes?

Not before it's expired. Your PNP certificate will stay valid until its expire date, and is eligible for transferring between different express entry profiles however in order to do so, you need to notify OINP office regarding this transfer between profiles and the reasons why you want to do...

Inconsistent NOC duty comments in GCMS Notes?

I wouldn't say it's 100% safe, both of my immigration lawyers told me they all had clients' PR cases refused before because of wrong noc codes even they're all verified by the noc team. After all they're not the team that assess our job duties, it's visa officers from IRCC does the job. I think...

Inconsistent NOC duty comments in GCMS Notes?

I see your case now, if I were you, I would try getting an updated employment reference letter and raise a CSE ASAP, try adding job duties that is the most consistent, and if possible mention the right NOC code on your letter. Write an explanation letter regarding your company's aquisition, job...

Inconsistent NOC duty comments in GCMS Notes?

When you submit your case for review(to PNP, IRCC), did you put in the NOC code based on your job duty or your designation? IMO the NOC code should be consistent with the job duty, your job title should not matter as long as it's within the reasonable range. We're kinda in the same boat since...

AOR in February 2016 EE Connect Here

I think it's because the notes was generated on April 19th which is prior to your background's change to in progress, so it doesn't include any progress on your eligibility check. If you order a GCMS notes again in the future, it should include more notes regarding your eligibility check.

Inconsistent NOC duty comments in GCMS Notes?

Makes sense, and I always believed that IRCC will re-assess the eligibility criteria for PNP candidates again after they submitted their case. I guess we can only answer OP's question with more detailed posts from him/her.

Inconsistent NOC duty comments in GCMS Notes?

There is something I don't understand in your case. If you had a PNP certificate, that means you already submitted your case to a provincial office for review and passed from it under CEC class with a NOC code, In order to satisfy CEC you need minimum 12 months work exp under a single O,A,B NOC...

AOR APRIL 2016 >>> JOIN HERE

It's because my foreign PCC did not cover up to the last day of my stay in that country, I was fooled by the agent who handled my PCC request and did not even realize the problem since I moved to Canada on 2008 but had lots of short term travels afterwords (like 2 - 3 weeks each). Anyhow learned...

AOR APRIL 2016 >>> JOIN HERE

Have you received yours? There's really not much useful information or notes showing up on mine. I'd order it again when my application is 6 - 8 weeks old.

AOR APRIL 2016 >>> JOIN HERE

Now if I look back, I think it makes more sense that it depends on which category you are. If you are FSW outland which usually have their applications moves faster than CEC/FSW/PNP inland, you can try order it after 2-3 weeks or a month from AOR. If you are CEC/PNP inland, I would suggest wait...

    AOR JAN 2016 - let's get together

This usually means that there are agents or visa officers working on your file and leaving notes on your application which, you will be able to see them later on when you order GCMS notes. It will trigger the so called "ghost email" but won't reflect anything on your application status. Stay...

Ha, if you add 10 days to each of your timeline it'll match perfectly with mine, which I'm also from Toronto. It is highly possible that your R10 completeness check is done, and file is transferred for A11.2 eligibility verification. I, by accident, ordered a GCMS notes when my file is only 2...

Don't worry, the old certificate will work I confirmed with OINP office on this one. CanadaWeCome is correct.

AOR in March 2016 >>>>> Good Luck ALL

I would be happy instead of stressful if my BG has any change at all. They assess application based on different stages and usually transfer to different offices a lot. This change usually indicates the previous assessment stage is completed and your case is being transferred to another VO due...

    AOR JAN 2016 - let's get together

It is true that you can get ideas about these from the NOTES section visa agents/officers left on your GCMS notes, however that has to be after the time they're being reviewed. So I think if you submitted your case in January and have never ordered notes before, I strongly recommend you do so...
