    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

Sitting tight and not being able to do anything is so frustrating ... I am making paper beads hehehe (that is a pretty low point). Slow work wise too right now, so renovated the whole bottom floor =)). I will soon run out of projects. Too much fidgeting =))

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

I was just wondering if it even makes sense logging in and checking for an updated status. Since they have so much to do, they probably don't have time for updating online statuses. Anyone has their status update online before they got DM letter? (Trying to reduce the dose of weekly...

    Frustrated by Delays?

Government is in DEBT. It is called a deficit. They borrow money to pay their employees. No profit there. LCBOs, Postal Services pay for Medical Care, roads, other civil servants salaries. This is called taxation, just a different form of it. Same as HST is a different form of taxation. Please...

    Frustrated by Delays?

Government is not the private sector. There are no profits. It works on absolutely different economic principles (The principle of a "Giant Drain"). It is mandated that the government can not be "profitable". Thus, your argument is inapplicable. Also, what gives you an impression that I have a...

Living with my spouse in her country... will sponsorship be approved???

Last time I checked diplomatic jobs (those guys who live in "less than desirable" countries with their poor spouses unable to work, with tonnes of humanitarian work available across the world) are quite sought after positions. I have a thing for Unions =)) But that is beside the point, the point...

    Frustrated by Delays?

By the way, I am not saying that they should not get equal pay. I am saying that going on strike for this does not make any sense and there are other options out where ....

    Frustrated by Delays?

The petition is great! Just posted this in another thread and thought it might be appropriate here. So I went to look up what they are striking for. 3-14K/year. So most of them are on strike to get a couple hundred dollars extra a month (best case a bit over a grand). When you take taxes into...

    Foreign Service - Strike?

So I went to look up what they are striking for. 3-14K/year. So most of them are on strike to get a couple hundred dollars extra a month (best case a bit over a grand). When you take taxes into consideration, they are on strike for actually very little. Now, while on strike they are not getting...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

Thanks for replies, so the people who received their peares in 8 months were just very lucky then. Oh well, at least I did not have to send them my police certificate. BTW my hubby's sponsorship has been approved 2 months ago, so we are just waiting for the DM =)) Cheers, CrazyCatLady

I assume you have a letter that your application has been approved. Thus, you can show that to the school and procede as normal.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

Hello people of the forum! We applied inland and have a very stupid question =)) I looked at the spreadsheet with different people's processing times and some of them were really quick (which is fantastic!). We applied last October and they received our application on Oct 9 :-\ (lucky us...
