Yes, your medical is okay. If medical has any problem, they do not update 3rd line rather they ask for further medical. So you are safe. Wait for PPR !

Border landing is quicker than CIC office. Because, for CIC office, you have to take an appointment that will take 4-6 weeks waiting period. My friends were landed at the boarder last month.

My passport has been received by CIC today afternoon. Hope I will get it back soon.

Thanks buddy. According to the global spreadsheet, many CPC-O people got decision made first and few days later PPR. I have seen "Decision made date" is prior to the "PPR date". For example, A_S, NJ, gaexp, FSWDev, Darsh etc. Does this mean they got their 4th line updated first?

Hi there I got my 4th line updated on Jan 9th, but have not received PPR email yet. 4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. Does this mean a rejection? Did it happen to anybody? Please reply.
