:) :) :) :) :) :) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

I couldn't resist myself from posting this though i am in office. Hope this information helps those who are in same situation as i am in.

After so many follow ups i got the reply from my bank and they shared the news that my DD got encashed.

NOC: 2172
App Received date: Nov 5th
DD Encashed: Jan 13th

Now the question i have is what happens between this time and the day they generate the PER ? Do i need to tell my mgr that he can expect the call for anything ? whats the process to generate the PER ?

Guys,
Quick question, does 3rd line update means they are OK with our medicals??

Thanks

Yes, your medical is okay. If medical has any problem, they do not update 3rd line rather they ask for further medical. So you are safe. Wait for PPR !

Hello Seniors

I recently received Medicals and RPRF from NDVO, for PR. I am currently in Canada but my Visa Office is NDVO.

My Questions are

Congrats gopi09_m, Looks like we both are in the same boat (in wait of PER)

Normally PER takes 20 - 30 days, but it may arrive sooner than that! Do let me know once you receive your PER as we share the same NOC and timeline!

Cheers,

CANADA BELIEVES IN "RESPECT TO THE IMMIGRANT"

Canada is a nation built by immigrant families from all over the world, so it is very common to receive and integrate new immigrants. Respect for uses and peoples freedom is a fundamental rule of the Canadian society. With the Permanent Resident Visa, the immigrant acquires the same rights than other Canadian citizens (except voting).

In many countries, with skilled labour force of young people, older people have many troubles to find work because of the age. In Canada, there is no age discrimination, and the government has rules to protect older people. Which is important to get a job is to be qualified to do it well, no matter the age, sex or religion, etc.

After three years of residence, the immigrant may apply for the citizenship and the Canadian passport. With this passport you will be able to enter and exit without a visitor visa many countries in the world, including USA and European Union Countries. Canadians are welcomed in most parts of the world and they are known for their impartial, pacific and humanitarian character.

With Canadian passport you will also be allowed to work in other countries as USA, England and Australia, with which Canadian government has especial agreements.

Canada is one of the countries in the world with highest standard of live, higher than USA and many European countries. Per capita annual income is over $38,000 dollars.
good summary. to apply for citizenship you need to stay in canada 4 years? lazy to google, i think they changed the rule.

What's matter with NDVO ????
CIC is heading towards 31 Dec'14 & NDVO still stuck with May'14

By February , Express Entry 2015 application will reach NDVO .... How will they deliver them in 6 months time or the promise is FAKE ?

Jus search CIC website that they have increased the number of visa offices for express entry to 10-times more visa offices then were available for FSWP2014. Therefore speed will be increased by directing the cases of Express Entry to those visa offices and existing visa offices will continue to exhaust all the backlogs. That is my assumption.

2) For medicals do i need to send them any proof as mine will be sent directly by doctor`s office - Everybody's medical is being sent directly by doctor's office. but you need to send the original payment receipt and acknoledgement form (with photograph) along with other docs to VO.
Could someone help me with this

Logical assumption bro.! thanks.

but even though ritenow NDVO is not busy with EE, it is taking unprecedented time to clear backlogs. God knows..what wll happen and yah...when will happen... :( :( :(
