Congratulations to you and to every one for the PPR! To your questions, they give you 30 days to send your passport As for the return it depends, but from what I've seen it takes about 10 to 15 days for those who are in Canada

I have the exact same situation, got the email to my business email address which is not even the one I use from myCIC... Sent the stuff last week, no change to myCIC or ECAS yet and tracker is not activated yet.

You probably need to submit CSE to update your profile with the email address you would like to keep on file. Another alternative to call CIC and get instruction from them on where to send the updates

I'm inland working already - not sure where the case was processed at the first place as until I received communication to repay the fees and submit RCMP letters were not signed , but starting from Schedula A request letter, all letters were signed by Ottawa central processing centre.

Be patient and I don't know if that would help you or not, but I got my ITA on 27th of Feb not March.. I submitted the application on the 27th of March - so a whole month ahead of you :P but I agree, even with the pumps I've on my road, got it last week. From experience, no news are always good...
