Where did you send your passport from and how long have you been waiting? We sent ours last Tuesday and it was delivered the following day since we are already in Ottawa, my husband is traveling on the 6th of September, we are worried that he might not get his passport back before his trip as well!

Asking you to send additional documents is a good sign, just hang in there and I hope that your file will be open soon! In looking at my timeline, I guess no one has been waiting or were asked to send documents as much as I did!! and here I'm waiting from passports to come back with the visa...

First, this is not a scam, I got mine too via email and not through the MyCIC, what you can do - try to print to PDF first and see if it will get you the mail in the proper format, or highlight the text and use in the print menu "selection"... I hope this can work, otherwise, I believe copying...

yeah!! I bet.... lol!! at some point, I thought CIC doesn't have any other file but me, they kept the file until July 29th (my son Birthday) so they can ask for more documents since he turned 18 so we had to submit schedule A, additional family info, and travel history for him!! My ECAS is 7...
