    It seems they are a bit slow after the long weekend, sent PPs since 25th, and they received them on the 26th and tell now my post tracker has not been yet activated!! :o :o

    That's a very good analysis - there has been a user saying that his sister got RCMP request and her application was just out there since July!! Don't think that rejection can occur after requesting additional documents or RCMP though... but you never know!! CIC continued to be unpredictable!

    CIC refunded Fee !!!!

    This might be system glitch especially that there is a message on CIC site that they experience some issues. I suggest him calling CIC and try to get a reason why this happened, or maybe by Tuesday he will get the explanation letter on his myCIC
