Did you reply to that email? Its a do not reply address so I emailed NDVO using the addresses I used when I asked for status. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed now ;)

@tobs did you raise a CSE for the change of VO? Or just emailed Ottawa and NDVO? How long did it take for them to send you another PPR?

Thanks! I hope so too - this never ending journey seems to linger on some more! Hoping to get a new PPR that I can submit to the VFS in Dhaka soon.

Yes that’s what they told me on the 31st before I emailed NDVO. But today they said they can only send passports to Singapore :(

Not so far - will raise a CSE again on January 5.

I also got a similar reply. Asked me to send another CSE if I don’t get a decision before January 5. She also mentioned the first CSE I had raised on December 5 and mentioned the agent who responded to my previous CSE had taken the appropriate steps to follow up on my enquiry.

Yes I did - they did confirm they can send it to NDVO. Theres no option for me to send it to the Dhaka VO as they dont provide this service. Someone told me, the PPR from NDVO mentions VFS in India or Nepal and hence I am a little anxious thinking if the VFS in Dhaka will accept it.

I hope to get it in a format that the local VFS in Dhaka will accept.
