    CIC has changed the way you view processing times

    I think it is just a gimmick. Most of of files are processed within 12-16 months. By saying the average time a 18 months in general will help improve their stats and an eye wash to the public. Not many thing will change at ground level.

    From what I've seen in the past, NDVO can send remed request starting within 30 days of medical expiry.
