TRV rejected after providing all these documents and proofs also. Even we submitted cruise booking as well. As my spouse is managing family business so submitted bank statements of 6 months and other supporting documents

Just to clarify my previous post. I received re-medical, e-mail for my wife from NDVO, on Dec 28, 2015, at 9:21 Canada time which is Dec 29, 2015; 8:50 AM in India. My wife medical was valid till Jan 27, 2016. I was not expecting a re-medical request at this time but was still happy, as it shows that our application is at last stages. I am expecting passport request by Jan 20 2016.

28th was in lieu of Saturday Dec 26th, most offices were closed and on CIC website 28th was mentioned as a holiday.

our Medicals were expiring on Jan 5, however got the request on Dec 22 - IST.

I want to believe that NDVO has started working on the application.

From what I've seen in the past, NDVO can send remed request starting within 30 days of medical expiry.

Its the Sponsored person / Spouse will get the mail for remedical.
