    I requested transcript from my university in the US 10 days ago but WES still hasn't receive it. I hope the fed budget crisis isn't affecting USPS.

    Just submit my application today. Did WES really produce report within 20 business days? Based on the replies, I guess it's better to write to remind them when the required documents are estimated to arrive?
