Looks like WES has started slipping their timelines. My wife's documents will reach on Monday and I'm losing hope that it will be ready before March 21st draw.

Get PCC from countries where you lived apart from your current resident country. Ex: I got my FBI PCC today as I stayed in the USA. This process can be time taking for many countries including USA. Also focus on financial documents like having a healthy transaction record.

Congrats! By the way, when did you send the documents to WES? I'm still awaiting.

No update yet. Its been more than 2 weeks now. It is getting very weird now, this is unusual.

I'm starting to get fidgety as well.. Second document received update on 05/02. I know I'm expected to see an update only by this Saturday or next Monday but listening to others is starting to make me worry.

WES received my documents on 29.12.17. Than they sent my documents back to my university for verification. And it took some time from my institution to respond.
Hopefully yours will be done soon!

Why did they send the docs back to university for verification? Then I don't understand why we're taking the trouble of obtaining genuine transcripts for them in the first place

I requested transcript from my university in the US 10 days ago but WES still hasn't receive it. I hope the fed budget crisis isn't affecting USPS.

In your WES account, you can track if your package has been received by WES or not. you can mention the same courier tracking number in that. check it yourself.

Thanks. It was sent directly from my university through snail mail so no tracking number. The wait is exhausting.

That's a valid point, what the point in we struggling so much to obtain documents. When they very well could correspond with the university.

Mine is due for 2/22/2018. Lets hope we get the ECA on designated day..cant wait any longer to create EE profile. I am targetting March 7 2018 draw.

How you know the exact date of the draw ?

When i spoke to WES they said first when is an acknowldgement of receipt of docs. Second one is actually when the review begins. in 10 days from second update you would get due date of completion.

My "docs received" status changed for the second time on 05/02 (first one on 02/02). Today is 16th in India and I've still not received any "in progress" update. I have emailed and tweeted them. They haven't responded to my email, but the personnel handling my tweet says that docs are handled in another department and I'll just have to wait. Any suggestions here other than waiting?
