mine has said that as well but it seems ecas is just rarely updated. if you cant get the lawyer to check his online key soon, maybe call the 1-888-242-2100 for the automated status line. It seems to be more current than ecas.

I imagine you would yes. sponsor doesn't need one. I have a Canadian pcc for another thing and it was done at the local police station and was batched that week.

ive seen here 80-90 days to completion from Paris and manila vo's for example. rare but it can be that quick if all the stars align.
