I sent mine sept 12. No reply yet. The response times vary too, some get an aor1 in a week some in 6-7 weeks.

I can see how frustratingly inconsistent cic is already. There are october applicants that have passed the first step before most of september applicants. Day 38 and waiting.

I sent mine in regardless. doesn't hurt. they seem to like more info than less info. worst case they toss it out, best case it strengthens the app.

You will have to declare both on your application but Im no expert mind you i hired a representative for mine. I had a municipal ceremony and a traditional one that i put on my application. Only the municipal produced a certificate( in french thankfully so no interpreter needed)

I was advised to wait by our case worker in case there are any particular requests by the govt. is there any merit to that? I assumed a pc is a pc. Just get the most exhaustive one and that should work. My wifes would take 20 days to process so id rather get on it proactively.
