FBI clearance & PCC from India is valid for one year from date it has been issued. So oneself is covered for one year from the date it has been issued. If you sending it upfront with application it should not be more than 3 month old. Thanks, Gaurav

I think, you will not get any refund even if you withdraw your application in FSW so its better to leave it as it is & apply for CEC. I believe CEC processing has not been effected by strike some how as recently few of frds received Medical request in CEC. Even processing time of CEC has reduced...
