Sreenath, BLS will not send it directly to VO. You need to send it to VO with cover letter which includes your UCI & file number. My company`s lawyer who supposed to be immigration officer suggested me to send my PCC to NDVO as i mentioned earlier. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks, Gaurav

katyy... For me it took about 3 weeks to get my Indian PCC from BLS. I applied to one of their office GTA. I think, its better to send your PCC to VO even if they haven't requested for it. At least they need to bring forward your paper file to put your PCC inside. May be in that way ones PR...
