Just write your Application number on the Xpresspost envelope with a Marker that you are sending to CIC. The same thing I did and no issues. And submit only those things which are asked for. Hope this helps!

Absolutely.. No need for any explanation letter... Even, I sent it to CIC with my home address and received it back without any issues and I am sure there are many who did the same. Just go fot it...
