We will wait and see about this change early next year. Right now, we are doing our job to contact our MP's, get an attention to the media in a hope that they can hear our voice . In the meantime, I keep myself busy renovating and painting our new abode. Keep your spirits high folks and pray!

There are tons of people called and we are hoping we can make a change. We are being optimistic, and hoping for the best. It's been a long ordeal for inland applicants. We are putting pressure to our MP's as well. It doesn't hurt to try.

Yes, and her husband received an open work permit few weeks after she was approve as a Sponsor. So definitely, you just have to ask for an open work permit now ACA ;D

How come other people on the forum did get an open work permit without an email to the person being sponsored? I don't trust the CIC agent, you better start asking for an inquiry about the OWP in Vegreville ACS.

It's pretty weird they asked you that if you sent it with your application. You should send the tax-return too for 2013 just to make it sure. Or maybe they misplaced it in the CIC office, they are well-Known of that kind of stuff.

Do you have a kid or something? You didn't send an option-C last year when you sent your application.

Email them the receipt of your payment. He only needs it during landing in your local cic office. Congrats :D

You are not alone ACS, me and my partner are in debts too. He works hard like 70-80hrs a week just to support us and pay the bills. It sucks because I can't work and I have to stay at home, I'm so bored! I hope you will receive a good news this week.

Yes,it's very hard for me sitting at home not doing anything. I'm so bored, we just had a dog, so atleast I have a company in the house all the time. My dog keeps me sane. I was like a prisoner in our house...jesshhh...this long process is driving me nuts.
