Hi Ponga, I might send my OWP application without AIP and attach my general information and file number. I don't want to wait for AIP to apply for Open Work Permit. It takes ages :S. Someone in Facebook group have an AIP and will try to apply online. He is out of Status will check if he's able...

Is there any applicants that are out-of-status but manage to apply online for work permit after AIP? I just wanted to clarify if you can do it because someone posted it here that they can actually apply online even he is out of status. ::)

If you can log-in to ecas does it mean that your documents and forms that were sent are all complete? I heard a lot of people getting an AOR but they still return their documents. :o Just wondering

Implied Status means applying for a permit ( worker, student, visitor) before your current status expires. You did that, so you just have to wait for your work permit to arrive in the mail. Goodluck!
